How we clean your rugs:

1) Rug inspection: We inspection your rug’s foundation, knots, fringe, colors, patterns, pile fiber and pile density.

2) Then, we look for hidden stains and worn areas that may need repair.

3) After assessing the overall condition of your rug, we will be able to determine the best cleaning process for your rug and also offer recommendations on repairs, if needed.

Types of Cleaning:

1) Water Wash: In this process, your rug is vacuumed, scrubbed using a special pH balanced rug shampoo, then thoroughly rinsed to remove any residue and water. Lastly, we hang your rug to dry on our specially built drying poles. Please allow approximately 10 days for this process.

2) Area Rug Dry Cleaning: This process is recommended for 100% silk rugs and some mercerized cotton rugs.
