Pick Up & Delivery

Mark Gonsenhauser’s Rug and Carpet Superstore offers for your convenience a pick up and delivery service for both our Professional Rug Cleaning and Repair Department and for the Sales Showroom.

Pick-up and delivery service is available Monday through Friday for a reasonable fee.

  • With pick up and delivery we reserve the right to disqualify additional discounts and promotions.
  • There is an additional per room charge for moving furniture or laying rugs. 

A standard delivery charge applies for delivery of new rugs. Please inquire about delivery charges for your city at time of purchase.

We proudly serve all the Hampton Roads cities including; Virginia Beach, Norfolk,  Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, and the Williamsburg area. We also serve northeastern North Carolina and the southern end of the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
